What we’re about
We are a group of foodies that want to find and experience the unique flavors of our area.
Little hole-in-wall restaurants that are hidden gems of the community? We'll show up there. Food trucks? Sure thing. Small mom and pop shops? With bells on. Dive bars? Why not. Established establishments everyone has been aching to try or share? Heck, yes.
We have eclectic taste buds so no food type is off limits. We love good food, and we are willing to take an epicurious risk. We'll visit struggling enterprises when we can, and post our reviews all over the place: anywhere and everywhere that can make a difference to the restaurant.
We’ll have breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner. Maybe even a midnight buffet if there is one around worth trying.
Where will we NOT eat? Big chain restaurants; fast food; hotels; resorts.
We’ll pretty much limit our forays to Ventura, Oxnard, Port Hueneme, and Camarillo.
