What we’re about

3 Shanti supports your personal spiritual path that connects you with your higher essential self. Three Shanti means peace of the body, peace of the mind and peace of the spirit. When these three aspects of self are fully realized you can connect with your higher essential self, one that is full of the peace found in the inner knowing of the oneness within us all. We teach mindfulness and awareness living practices to ground the energy of the inner self to seek and find the harmonious connection that brings peace, joy, and sustained happiness. Monthly meetings the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Mondays of the month. Discussion Group, Mindfulness Meditation, and Book Group.
