30 Day Meditation Challenge- is a commitment to practice meditation every day for 30 consecutive days  . The Challenge will focus on a simple meditation practice which we will discuss during our first session via Zoom.
WHY should you do a 30 Day Meditation challenge? -

  • a challenge is a great way to help you be accountable in attempting to create a new habit - ⁠

  • is meditation something you have thought about starting or maybe you’ve dabbled but haven’t made it a practice?

  • meditation has many benefits and after a 30 day practice you may unlock some of those benefits and even change your life for the better

  • ⁠it is the one habit I wish I started earlier in life and has been the biggest catalyst for personal growth.
