We've been really lucky with our past two events gathered here at Stonehaus and have had such a wonderful time. Let's do it again, earlier in the summer and with growing group!

Arrival at 9:45am to sit as a group:
Because our group is growing, I have changed the time to 9:45am for arrival so that we can more easily get picnic sized tables together on the patio close to the outdoor bar area, and so everyone can place orders off the breakfast menu. I do ask, however, that if you are planning to attend, please arrive at 9:45am to form our group. While I've arrived early on previous gatherings and grabbed tables together for our RSVP count, it becomes quite difficult to hold on to seating when I see other guests looking for tables and have spent the first hour of our gathering arranging seating. This is all open seating, no reservations. I'm not comfortable holding spots for people who have not arrived on time, or have not updated their RSVP. To sit together, please arrive at 9:45am when the seating is established to accommodate our group size based on our on-time arrivals. I plan to place responsibility for your own desired seating arrangements on our attendees so that I can also enjoy our group gathering.

Notes About Our Gatherings/Expectations:
As the host, I have simply posted some gathering opportunities. I have a creator account on Meetup and a desire to connect with area women who like to socialize! I consider myself an "unofficial group organizer"...just one of the ladies, as we're all grown women who do not need more structure in our lives. If you care for more rules and structure, there are plenty of Meetup groups on this site for women's gatherings that may be a better fit. This is a loose arrangement with posted activities, and I do not plan to implement any structure other than positivity. We all have a lot of tasks and structure in our lives, including me, and I do not plan to manage attendees through organized introductions. Please, arrive because you are able and willing to introduce yourself, start or join conversations, and/or just be "present"...enjoying moments of pleasant women in a great open environment. I'm not a competitive organizer. Share your other groups with attendees freely as you want, just don't bring other group drama with you if there is any, please. Get to know each other and make connections beyond our gatherings.

For those among our group who would like to do some professional networking, please join us for this new activity for Women In Leadership. Today will include open networking, followed by some roundtable "collaborations in action". As we go in to 2025, let's be BOLD with new strategies, leverage relationships, and discuss professional goals.

We'll meet at The Courtyard by Marriott in Agoura Hills in the main lobby, coffee/dining space. There will be a table sign for "Women In Leadership". Please, place your own orders at the breakfast counter for any food and beverage service.
