55+ Singles Woodlands - Lake Conroe Get-togethers

We had fun at Mahoney's on Memorial Day weekend, despite the late 9pm start to the music. It avoids the tough Friday traffic and lets you dine anywhere beforehand at a reasonable hour. What's interesting about this night is that the entertainment is not a band but a DJ. And not just a DJ also a sophisticated light show that moves with the music. DJ Craig & H Town Frankie. They've played Mahoney's before so it must have been well received. It turns out that H Town Frankie is a nationally known Christmas light show artist that used to be a DJ. Let's just say it will be a colorful change of pace. Parking is the same as a Waterway event; there is a paid parking lot a short walk to the south, or free parking at the movie theater parking structure not far away. Hope to see you there.

Another Waterway Nights event. Likely to be warm; bring something to keep your drinks cold along with your folding chair. The band is Time Warp, an '80's & '90's cover band. Here's their web site: https://www.timewarpforever.com/ We are usually able to hold a block of ground close to dance floor. Look for the red flags. There are several places to park not far away. I usually park in the theater parking structure, which is free, only a block and a half away. See you there.

Join 55+ Conroe and Zoomers Houston for a fun filled afternoon at the Speak Easy in Spring Texas. Enjoy the music provided by Yelba and Roy and dance to your hearts content. Yelba and Roy present a full musical and dancing experience. Their musical presentation is 70"s, 80's, Salsa, R&B with a little Country and Western.

The music starts at 4:00PM and ends at 7:00PM. Please tip the band and your servers as well. If you are a 55+ or a Zoomer please register only once.

Movie begins 2:45PM and is about 2 hours long . My seat is E6.
