What we’re about
This is a group for those of us that now in 2025 are between the age of 55 and 69.
We are not really “Seniors”, but just getting into retirement. We were born between 1955 and 1969 and are products of the 70's and 80's, after the turmoil of Viet Nam and before the tech explosion of the nineties. We share unique generational characteristics that bring us together.
"The 55269" is open to anyone within our window of time.
We are a Social group, not an activity group, a place where we can socialize, make friends, (and yes, maybe romance), laugh, talk, share. A safe place where we get to know others who grew up like us. Where we get together, all of us, once a month to greet new members and celebrate the friends we've made. We enjoy live music, wine, dancing, concerts, happy hours, bowling. game days, and did I say wine, all with the friends that we have made here.
We do ask that we are respectful of each other, that we not bring in political ideology, that those that who want to join us are within our window of time, and most important of all that we have fun together.
