Let go of your mind and let your body take you into your wildness, your tenderness, your joy – with yourself, with others. Come home to the ground of your being. The class is warm and welcoming, and comprised of around 30-40 dancers. Some people dance regularly, as well as there being a continuing flow of new people.

• Aboyne Lodge School, Etna Rd, St Albans AL3 5NL. Free parking in the school grounds.
• Please use the main entrance to the school. Go down the side of the building (with the building on your left, and the lawn on your right) and you’ll see the main entrance.

Time:

• 7.00 – 9.30pm. Please arrive from 6:45pm ready to begin at 7 pm.

Fees:
Higher income £25. Standard fee £20. Lower income £15. Benefits £10
