AI LA is a community of today's most curious minds focused on tomorrow’s most challenging problems. We explore the impacts artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other emerging technologies will have on humanity. We acknowledge that AI is influenced by both art and science, and that human concerns outweigh technological ones.
We host monthly events every Third Thursday to debate and discuss AI alignments, capabilities, and design strategy, so we can consistently bring people together to discuss the latest research in AI.

Join AI LA for a Sunday morning hike at Temescal Canyon Trail (3 mile loop).
We will meet at the trailhead, located near the intersection of Sunset Blvd and Temescal Canyon Rd. Parking at the park is $12, and there is free street parking available nearby as well.
Please plan to arrive before 9:00am, as we will be starting the hike soon after. When you arrive, look for a sign with the Cerebral Beach logo.
After the hike, the group will go out for lunch (location TBD).Cerebral Beach is AI LA’s newest initiative, aimed at uniting the greater LA and SoCal tech ecosystem through a series of active lifestyle events.

What to Expect: Attendees will present a diverse range of research papers on topics like computer vision, NLP, AI agents, RAG, model compression, and more.Each presenter will have a maximum of 5 minutes and will use simple slides:
