The Agile Dresden User Group is a community of Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers and everyone else interested in Agile approaches, agile product development and lean management. Our goal is to share knowledge and experiences, improve our abilities to deliver high quality products and learn how to improve.

Dear community,
We’ve heard you’re tired of old-school networking events? Craving for a space to really dive into topics that matter to you? Then, join us for an evening of sharing, learning and connecting! Whether you're into Agile, passionate about Design Thinking, or just a curious explorer, you'll find your tribe here and this hands-on event is for you.For our first Meetup this year we're bringing back the well-known Mini-Barcamp format, consisting of sessions which are run with your input. In small groups and a safe environment at ostec’s cozy office in the heart of Dresden, we’ll focus on “Fail and Learn” at its best.
You’re invited to experiment, push yourself, pitch a topic you didn’t dare to talk about yet, get feedback from an interested audience, share your fails and discuss learnings to be derived.To get in the mood and kick-off the 2025 event season we'll start with a brief impulse on the power of networking and the benefits of Meetups as a field for experimentation and hence a personal growth accelerator.
For the actual sessions ✨ you ✨ help create the agenda, as the whole format is participant-driven. Think of it as a playground for your ideas, where you can propose a topic, lead a discussion, raise a question or simply join in and soak up the knowledge. It's collaborative, dynamic, and comes with opportunities to connect ideas and people.
Also, there are two sideshows worth celebrating:
✨ (1) The revival of a fantastic partnership, in terms of the ostec GmbH teaming up with Agile Dresden again. The great people of our dear ‘Ostekenbande’ have been brilliant hosts since November 2021! Agile meets New Work to help you grow.
✨ (2) A special Community Crossover. This time, we're bringing two groups together, namely Agile Dresden and Design Thinking Meetup Dresden, to reach a wider circle, spark off new connections and for a burst of fresh ideas. As the topic brilliantly fits both groups, we decided to experiment with this Extended Network approach. Let’s see what we may gain from it.The event in short:
