Time is from 5:15 - 7:00pm.
Rules apply as far as being sure to remove yourself from the Going list THREE days before this event to confirm our reservation. If this does not happen, a strike will be
given. Also, if you are on the Going list and you do not show up, you will receive a strike. If a person earns 3 strikes, they will be removed from the group for 5 months.

Since we had a huge success at our last potluck and sleigh ride at Bunker Hills park, we are now going to have a Fall potluck 🍁 with a variety of great food and a selection of games to play.

For the POTLUCK, please bring a side dish, snack, appetizer, or dessert to share. PLEASE post what you will be bringing in the comments, so we avoid duplicates. There are plug-ins available, as well as a fridge, oven, and microwave. So, crockpots can be plugged in, food can be heated up in the oven, and cold food and drinks can be stored in the fridge. We hope to have lots of good hot food, as well as some cold dishes and desserts. 😋

**Please bring your own serving spoons, etc. if needed, for your specific dish that you bring.

**Plates, silverware, bowls, and napkins will be provided.

***PLEASE bring your own drinks. NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED at these venues. So no wine, beer, etc. can be brought in. 😥

We would like to eat at 11:30. So we ask all food be brought in by 11:15 so we can set everything up and be ready to serve and eat by 11:30. 😋

NOW FOR THE GAMES:
At approx. 12:00 we would like to have a fun corn hole tournament. 😊 This would consist of picking partners by random draw. Once teams are picked, a single elimination tournament would begin. This will continue on until there is one last team remaining, and they would be crowned our 1st Annual Corn Hole Champions🏅 🏆! And each of those 2 players will receive a prize. 😊

Participation is not required, but we would hope everyone would like to join in and play in this fun tournament. None of us are corn hole professionals 😉, so we're sure that fun would be had by everyone. If you've never played before, don't worry. We will explain all the rules, and it'll prove to be fun for everyone. 😊😁 Plus, we will let you practice to get your throwing of the bean bags right on target. 💪

After we are done playing corn hole, the rest of the afternoon will be spent playing other board games and visiting with each other. (and of course, snacking on all the delicious food if you get hungry later on) 😋. There may even be a few little prizes for winners of other games. So come prepared to win a prize or two. 🎁

So PLEASE bring your favorite board and/or card game, and let's continue having fun. There will be many tables so we can have various games going on. It is always fun to learn a new game, and it's a great way to get us all together for some good competition and laughs. 😃

Since we do have to pay a fee to reserve this room for 4 hours, we are asking each person to pay $5 for the use of the facility. We ask that you pay either Judy, Terri, Sharon, or Jen the $5 by October 5th. You can either pay us in person or at an upcoming event. You can also Venmo Judy at: Judy-Ries82 if you have a Venmo account. NO REFUNDS ALLOWED.

So, who is ready to enjoy an early winter evening and stay warm indoors while playing some Bingo and possibly win a nice size jackpot? 🤑💰 We've had numerous winners the last few times we've played. Hopefully, that winning trend carries on! As the saying goes, you can't win if you don't play! Each of the 10 games has a payout of $190 and 2 games of progressive jackpots of $1,000. The cost is $20 for the 10 games and $2 for the first coverall and $5 for the final coverall.

NOW FOR THE CARDS: We play a fun card game after we are done eating, which leads us right up to the bingo games starting at 6:30. We would like to play this game again, so we ask everyone to try to meet by 4:30 and order their food before 4:45 pm. They do have $3 off all appetizers, so the ones of us who want to order appetizers and/or drinks can do so before happy hour ends at 5pm. 🍔🌮🍹🍷 After we are done eating, we are going to play a fun card game that Judy introduced at previous bingo outings. She will be happy to teach anyone who is new to the game. 😊 It's very easy to learn and promises to be fun for everyone. One thing that is required is for each person to bring $4.00 (in 1 dollar bills, please). At the end of the game, there will be one winner who will win the $44 jackpot!!! 🤑🤑 Consider it a lead up win to all the bingo wins we will have. 😉 Now, doesn't that sound like something worth playing for????? So please be sure you bring your extra $4 to play this card game. ♠️♣️♦️♥️ We would like everyone to participate. You will love it. 😀

Let the weekend begin with Happy Hour/Dinner at Clives in Blaine. They have many HH drink specials 🍻🍹 before 6 pm and appetizer specials before 5 pm.

***We will meet by 4:45 so people who want to order an appetizer off the HH menu can have the chance to do so before 5 pm. They have quite a few great deals. 😋 But everyone will order food by 5 pm, even if you order off the menu.
