About your host: Kristin took her first yoga class in college in 1998, and has been practicing in some form or another since. Kristin earned her RYT200 from Satya Yoga Cooperative's trauma informed training in 2022 and has hosted community, donation-based classes since.
Kristin has spent a lifetime in Colorado, and has resided in the Denver area for over 25 years. October 2024 marks 9 years of being free from a dependence on alcohol.
