Come join us for an inspiring and communal drum circle experience. A drum circle embodies a social and musical gathering where individuals unite to engage in collaborative and spontaneous drumming.
Participants gather in a circular arrangement, collectively crafting rhythmic melodies and cadences through the use of diverse percussion instruments, such as hand drums, djembes, congas, bongos, and tambourines, among others.
Within our drum circles, a central 'mother drum' holds a symbolic representation of a heartbeat. During each round, four participants step forward to sustain this heartbeat rhythm. Each round is infused with a specific 'intention' that guides the drumming. Throughout the session, interludes of flute and guitar music are performed by the tranquil musical group "Twisted Trees."
The true allure of a drum circle lies in its inclusiveness, encouraging individuals of varying skill levels to engage and contribute to the collective rhythm. It provides a splendid avenue to connect with others, channel creativity, alleviate stress, and revel in the delight of crafting music as a unified entity.
You're welcome to bring your personal percussion instrument or utilize one from our collection. Whether you choose to play along or simply relish the melodies, the choice is entirely yours.
All age groups are welcome!
