Charm City is an all volunteer group that help fellow filmmakers realize their dream of making their own short films.
We love to make movies because it is immensely rewarding. But making a film even a short is a daunting task. It requires a lot of time, effort, and expertise. It is job that is made easier with helping hands. So make a film and help others make theirs.

This Happy Hour is for creative people and folks who appreciate creativity. Whether you attend, produce, appreciate, or promote, you are welcome to join us on Monday, January 27, 2025 from 5pm-7pm for a HAPPY HOUR at Silver Branch Brewing Co in Silver Spring, MD.
Happy Hour specials are from 5pm-6pm: $5.95 beer and select drinks. Entrance is free. Register on Eventbrite at https://HappyHour1-27-25.eventbrite.com. This is a casual event. This event is produced in partnership with Television, Internet, and Video Association of DC (TIVA).
