What we’re about
Our Group is for Singles in their late 50s, 60's & 70s that want to get out and enjoy life with others having similar interests. Our members have varied interests from dining, dancing, walking,hiking, biking, movies, etc. Suggestions for events and activities are encouraged! You can never have too many friends. Most events are held in Surrey or Langley. Rarely on the other side of the bridge. Being Single and having a RECENT & RECOGNIZABLE picture are both a requirement to join the group. If you meet someone and become a "couple" you may remain with the group for as long as you wish.
Out of consideration for everyone PLEASE DO NOT RSVP "Yes" and be a "No-Show". Change your RSVP to "No". No one likes to go to an event and realize they are there all by their lonesome. Also this gives everyone a chance to see who is going and arrange carpools - good for the environment. Thanks to all. Remember this is your group so if there is something you'd like to see happen - you can make it happen !!! Also please note we like to see active participation so if you've been inactive for a few months or more you'll likely be removed from the group - nothing personal - we just don't want to be an online social group but a "face to face" group.
