What we’re about

We live in a world that is divided and in pain.  One of the ways we can lay down our anger, fear, and stress (and our other reactions that keep us from living whole-heartedly) is through a regular practice of loving acceptance for the situations and people in our lives that we find difficult.  This is not to say that every situation and person in our lives is OK, but when we set aside our reactivity and accept them as they are, we are better able to find our true relationship with them and take meaningful action in line with what is important to us and who we are.

On Wednesdays at 12:15 p.m. (CST), we hold a 30-minute Compassionate Heart meditation at LifePath, 1620 S. Lawe St., Appleton, Wisconsin.  The meditation is open to all.
