What is a Cuddle Party?
Cuddle Party is a 3-4 hour workshop experience where participants engage in communication exercises, explore touch in a non-sexual space, experience personal exploration and intimacy, and have fun with like minded people.

Sunday, July 6th - Cuddle Party at HeartLab!
This Cuddle Party is made specifically for those who identify as LGBTQ+ in order to create an even safer and easier place to share platonic touch and practice consent.
Don't get us wrong, our regular events and usual Cuddle Parties are open to all and they are LGBTQ+ safe and friendly events, but this one is just for us!
If you're asking yourself, "Am I Queer enough? Do I belong to the LGBTQ+ community? Will they accept me?" - we want to remind you that the "Q" also stands for Questioning, and that means this event could be for you!

Anna Joy is joining us from Seattle to run her Cuddle Party-inspired event, Happy Humanimals! It will still follow the usual Cuddle Party rules, but is run a bit different. Come see Anna Joy bring some sparkly magic to the Bay Area!Saturday August 23rd – Happy Humanimals at Heartlab

Snugs & Connection is a signature Happy Humanimals event. It includes a touch and communication skills workshop followed by a cuddle and connection lab that is lovingly inspired by Cuddle Party. All touch will be fully clothed, optional, platonic, verbally requested and granted at any time.
