This is for anyone who wants to try Yoga and Meditation. EVERYONE is welcome. We serve Davenport, Reunion, Champions Gate, Four Corners, and Haines City.
If you want take time to relax and recharge join us!
Try to arrive 10 to 5 minutes prior to class starting. .
Bring your own Yoga mat, or you can also rent one for $1.
