What we’re about

To Whom it May Concern:

When we dwell in thoughts we create unnecessary pain and suffering for ourselves. Sam Shelley lived much of his life in pain and suffering from numerous "incurable" diseases including MS and Bipolar Disorder (Type1).   But today, Sam is disease and disorder- free, and lives in inner peace and freedom

Says Sam, "I am living proof that miracles can and do happen. I discovered a few simple practices that led to a complete healing of my physical and mental “disabilities”. These practices don't require any unconventional, mystical or voodoo techniques. Nor do they require sitting in meditation for hours at a time. I had a bipolar brain, and started with 5 minutes a day. I firmly believe if I can do it, anyone can do it."

This group is a forum for discussion, support, and most importantly for developing practices to help you LIVE your life…instead of dwelling in thought, pain, and suffering. We meet bi-weekly, and will go on occasional field trips to learn how to deal with the world's noise in ‘real time’, by direct experience and action (doing), rather than just talking or intellectualizing about such things. We are not affiliated with any religious, spiritual or secular organization, and what we offer are simply suggestions and practices that Sam actually used (and continues to use) to heal himself.

When I met Sam, he told me "I just got sick and tired of being sick and tired". It was this attitude that led to his eventual complete healing. "I found my miracle and healed myself" Sam says, "You don't have to believe the hype that there is no hope."

So, why not start right NOW? Aren't YOU sick and tired, of being, sick and tired? Aren't YOU, sick and tired of pain and suffering? Begin believing there is hope for a cure and complete inner peace and freedom, for YOU! There is a miracle somewhere near, with your name on it.

Come join us, and you'll meet a man who has been there, and done that!

Sincerely,

Michael Casari
