Normally in July we would be able to enjoy the Cambridge Folk Festival, but unfortunately it will not be happening this year. So I thought we could meet to draw in Cherry Hinton Hall Park and those of us who normally visit the festival can dream of it.
There are some fantastic trees in the park, and the brook has had sightings of water voles.

This session will require everyone to volunteer some time for posing, so that we have a model for roughly four 30 minute sessions each. If you want to do things a bit differently in your group and do two 15 minute poses each or whatever, of course that's fine.
Please meet by the path near the car park and I will use a few playing cards at the beginning to randomly sort us into "pods" of 4 or 5 people each to decide which group you're with. The cafe is just a little bit ahead from the Hills Road temporary entrance.
As usual, I request that everyone show their drawings at the end of the event, if you possibly can. We'll do this at the end, just before 1pm.
If you're wondering about the name of the event, it's a reminder that although we spend a lot of time in this group drawing trees and rivers, we are nature too, we are not separate.
