What we’re about
Improv is comedy without a script. You rely on instincts, reactions and a funny bone to create comedy scenes out of nothing!
Improv comedy in Oslo is thriving. There are many happening in the city for you to enjoy improv!---
This page is maintained chiefly by Aree Witoelar (Impro Neuf International) but it is open for all English improv theatres in Oslo.
A word about Impro Neuf International:
WHAT WE DO
We meetup once a week (Wednesdays) at Chateau Neuf for beginner improv workshops. We learn the basics using easy & fun games - teaching spontaneity, creativity, teamwork and more. Workshops are 100% free, drop-in as often you like! We also stay after the workshop for an improv comedy show - where you can watch your teachers perform a fully improvised performance - sometimes you can even join a jam!
WHO WE ARE
We are a mix of international students, expats from different countries, and merry Norwegians(!). Many started their very first step into the world of improv with us. So try that bold first step yourself! No experiences necessary – all we need is a good spirit and a big laugh.
NB. Most active conversations are on our Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/improneufinternational
