Calling all innovative and creative entrepreneurs who support startups in Eugene and Springfield, Oregon: join us for coffee and conversation as we network and collaborate on ideas to build and support new businesses. Many of us work in the tech/software industry in town, and we want to help build, connect and grow the local startup infrastructure. You don't have to be a tech startup to join, though.
We have a strong group of food-based startups, biotech, and several small businesses who are interested in networking and helping each other succeed.
This is not a leads group, so there is no need to feel compelled to come with business leads to share.

Jerry Bautista, PhD - Capital Access Acceleration Manager, RAIN CatalystsJerry is a retired Intel General Manager and Vice President with 23 years of leadership experience. He managed Intel’s new business incubator, Wearables Business, and microprocessor research. Before Intel, he was CTO at a Silicon Valley startup and researched photonics at Bell Labs. Through Intel’s Encore program, Jerry leads the Spring 2025 Accelerator at RAIN Catalysts. He holds a BS from Stanford and a PhD from Princeton in Chemical Engineering.

Mike is a serial entrepreneur passionate about AI, Innovation, and Health longevity. He is the founder of multiple businesses including a national unattended retail business, Modern-Amenities. He's the founder of Vendingpreneurs, a Passive Income coaching community. He also has other investments including land development, short-term rentals, and authoring his own book. Mike has a keen interest in leveraging AI Agents to maximize his companies' ability while ensuring EBITDA stays as high as possible.Walk away with a clear understanding of whether it’s time to scale and insights to avoid common scaling pitfalls.
