Welcome to our FREE Sahaja Yoga meditation workshops.
All across the globe, many are seeking new sources of energy. Meanwhile, the most transformative energy of all is hiding in plain sight, within us. It's natural, sustainable, and infinitely renewable. It's called inner kundalini energy. And everyone already has it — everyone!
Sahaja Yoga Meditation, founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, is a world wide movement for peace and self awakening that through a simple, time-honored technique will reduce stress and increase wellness. It brings better focus and helps people become more centered and better balanced. The meditation techinque is based on connecting with the inner chakras (energy centres) and balancing the subtle body.
The classes are designed to help those attending to get into a genuine meditative state, which can be felt tangibly.
It is quite effortless and spontaneous.
Together we will share tips on how to help stay in balance during the day and how to meditate at home.
The classes also feature introductory talks, video's, practical workshops and general question and answer opportunities, making them perfect for seekers trying to establish a state of yoga. All the meetings and classes are free of any charge.

### About this Free 21-Day Meditation Course
Free online meditation course to discover and establish inner peace & joy for mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Daily live and recorded sessions for everyone. Beginners and advanced yogis/meditators can benefit. Previous experience in meditation is not necessary.
Through Sahaja Yoga meditation, we will awaken our inner energy and learn simple balancing techniques which enable positive changes within us. As we progress each day, we will soon notice that our thoughts reduce whereby our body and mind relax.
Over 21 days, our online team will guide us through the knowledge of our roots towards deeper levels of meditation. This course is suitable for complete beginners as well as those who already meditate.
