This month I'd like to share with you the benefits of Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) and guide you through a 30 minute PMR exercise. To get the most from this session, you will need a pen and paper, comfortable clothes (feel free to be in your PJ's!) and somewhere to lie down.
