In this 1.5 hour workshop we dive into self-compassion, the research behind how it increases your happiness and resilience and we practice a 5 minute meditation together. Then we meet over 21 days to help form the habit and to practice and support one another. All of the meetings are live with me and on Zoom.
The dates are;
Saturday 1st February 9.30-11.00- Introduction
Sunday 2nd February- Thursday 6th 19.00-19.15- Check in and meditation
Friday 7th January 19.00-19.30- longer check-in and meditation
Friday 14th February 18.00- 18.15 - Check-in and meditation
Friday 21st February 19.00-19.30 Final check in and meditation
It's ok if you can't attend every date, but the more you can the more impactful the work will be.
You will also receive your own copy of the guided meditation and course workbook.
We also assess your level of self compassion before and after the course and included is a 30 minute one on one call to discuss your progress and next steps.
As part of the course, you will also receive one month's FREE access to the self-compassion meditation membership to cement your daily practice and feel the shift in your thinking. (after that, you can continue in the group for the special price of just 21€ per month which includes up to 31 live group meditations a month, a monthly workshop and a private Whatsapp group).
