Class Description:
Step onto your mat and into a practice that welcomes all levels—whether you're brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your flow. This hybrid Vinyasa-style class is offered both in person and online simultaneously, blending strength and flexibility as you move through dynamic sequences linked with breath. Expect a supportive and lighthearted space where stumbling is part of the journey, and growth happens each time you rise again. You'll leave feeling more connected to yourself and the community around you. Come as you are, move with intention, and enjoy the flow—whether from the studio or the comfort of your home!Teacher Bio:
Taylor is a passionate Vinyasa yoga teacher, excited to guide students through their practice and foster a sense of community. After two years of personal practice, she was inspired to give back to the loving yoga community that has supported her growth. With a focus on both strength and flexibility, Taylor encourages students to embrace movement as an act of self-care. Her favorite part of yoga? The stumbles and falls—because each time you get back on the mat, it’s a chance to grow. Join her class to move, breathe, and build a practice that feels both strong and supportive.Heal One World is a nonprofit dedicated to providing holistic preventative healthcare services and low or no cost—no one is turned away due to lack of funds.
