This group is for those who love life and love nourishing your bodies and minds with friends who'd rather be outside loving life than sitting home on the couch watching TV!!!! We will explore as many activities as possible that are easily done close to Hendersonville. Walks at local parks, kayaking on the lake, frisbee and throwing football at the park, shooting baskets, pounding the crap out of some softballs at the batting cage, maybe even some camping... you name it! If it's a pretty day and we wanna get outside, let's do it!!!!
