We are a group of lovers who love to go hiking.

1. Enhance cardiopulmonary function: Cardiopulmonary function refers to the body's ability to take oxygen and convert oxygen. Without good cardiopulmonary function, it is easy to suffer from cardiovascular disease, moderate aerobic training, heart, and lung function will improve, and going hiking is an excellent aerobic exercise. When climbing a hill, because it needs more oxygen, it will gasp, which can train lung function and increase lung capacity; when climbing, the heart will accelerate and make the heart more robust.

2. Strengthen Your Willpower:  Hiking is often spent all day, and the weight of the backpack is also carried on the body, especially when it continues to go uphill, the legs are too tired to lift. Oh! It’s just that when you’re tired and you can’t see the end of the uphill road, you’ll really feel frustrated. At this time, when you train your willpower, no matter how tired you are, you will continue to go on and work hard. Achieve the goal.

我們是一群熱愛登山的愛好者。
1. 增強心肺功能
心肺功能是指人體攝取氧氣與轉化氧氣的能力,沒有良好的心肺機能,易罹患心血管疾病,適度的有氧訓練,心肺功能就會改善,而爬山正是一項極佳的有氧運動,當爬坡時,因需要更多氧氣,所以會喘氣,這樣可以訓練肺功能,增加肺活量;當爬坡時,心臟會加速跳動,讓心臟更健壯。
2. 磨練意志力
登山健行常常都是花一整天的時間,身上還要背負著背包的重量,尤其是在持續上坡時,常常是氣喘如牛,雙腿累到抬不起來。喔!只是當累到一個不行,又看不到上坡路的盡頭時,真的會讓人有種挫敗感,而這時正是訓練意志力的時候,不管再累再喘,都還是堅持地走下去,努力地達成目標。
