A 5.5 hour hike (including breaks) along scenic, sacred mountain trails passing shrines, temples and waterfalls with some lovely views and power spots. Accumulative ascent will be about 850m and at the end of the hike there will be an option to take a hot spring (onsen).
You will need hiking shoes/boots, hiking clothing, hiking poles (optional), sunscreen, insect repellant, lunch, water and towel if you'd like to take a hot spring.
The hiking trails are not difficult, but it's a fairly long hike, including uphill trails.

For those wishing to take a hot spring at the end of the hike, arrival back in Tennoji will be later than the time stated in this description.
To participate in this hike, please register by Sunday 21st Sept.
The hike will be postponed to Saturday 28th September if the weather forecast is for rain on 23rd.
