Regular jogging benefits our mental and physical health in many ways........like builds stamina, reduces weight, burns abdominal fat, improves appetite, fights insomnisa(sleeplessness), improves heart health and alot others. The purpose to start the meetup group is to promote healthy life & bring people together as many of them just do not practise jogging/walking because of being alone. A partner will help people come out of those dilemma of being alone on jogging track....
