Come play with our awesome team of yogi's who want nothing more than to see you blissed out and floating on cloud 9 by the end of class. We'll explore the amazing qualities of focus and breath as we float, stretch, and work our way to total relaxation. Our SUP yoga classes are a brilliant way to unwind and let the pulse of nature help you connect with your true self. We've got classes for all levels.  From beginners to advanced practitioners looking to add dimension to their yoga practice, we offer classes that will support you no matter your ability. If you'd rather do a private or semi private class, we can make that happen as well! Why not get out of the studio and onto the water?!  All classes begin with an introduction or overview of paddling where we emphasize safety and control. We will then do a short warm up paddle followed by a blissful yoga practice (with proper SUP modifications), and the world’s most restorative sunbathing savasana! This floating practice is creatively designed to help find a deeper connection with nature while energizing one’s practice through core strength and balance. Come learn some techniques to float through life! ;)
