We'll start at Green Springs Park and head east. (NOTE: Time may change based on weather conditions.)

Distance: 20 - 45 miles (usually 40 miles, depending on the group and the weather). You are welcome to ride longer or shorter, faster or slower.

Speed: 15-19 mph

Helmets are required.

This is a two-water bottle ride and we encourage you to bring snacks and nutrition. If you run low, we always stop at Vergie's Pitstop on the way back to resupply.
