Each day targets different muscle groups, but we’ll always start with stretching to reduce injury risk, improve mobility, and prep your body for movement. You'll leave feeling stronger, more flexible, and recharged.
### 💥 Important Notes:
- Not a social hangout – this is a focused, goal-driven workout session.
- No small talk or distractions – show up ready to train, not to socialize.
- All fitness levels, weights, and genders welcome – this is a zero-judgment zone.
- Must be 18+ to participate.
- Not a personal training session – follow the group or bring your own routine. Workout-related questions are always welcome.

- Water bottle or post-workout fuel (protein shake, bar, etc.)

- Planet Fitness membership (required)

Our Workouts will always start with Stretching, reduce the risk of injury, and decrease muscle tension in your body. It can even help improve your performance the next time you work out.Our training schedule from Monday to Friday will target distinct muscle groups each day.
This is not a social event, we will be focusing on workouts only, with no time to chit-chat. so please don't sign up because you feel bored.
