What we’re about
We explore Lean/Agile concepts, discuss real-world challenges working with these concepts and offer sparing/mentorship for each other to learn.
The target group is likely Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Project Managers, (software) development team members incl. testers or anyone else with some basic knowledge of Lean/Agile/Scrum/Kanban and who are interested in improving.
The meetings will be facilitated and pull from a backlog of ideas generated by the group. We have a Slack workspace and LinkedIn group to help collect and structure the input. We're working on our website: LeanAgilePractitioners.com.
We try to checkin online weekly and plan to meet once a month around Horsens.
