## Details
TYPE: Walk + Guided Journaling | PACE: Leisurely | TERRAIN: Paved and Grass | DISTANCE: Approx. 1 mile or less
Join us for a reflective evening at Sandstone Ranch as we go through a guided journaling and sharing session. We'll do a quick loop around Sandstone Afterward, we’ll settle outside the Visitor’s Center for a guided journaling session.
The session will include:
- A 5-minute warm-up prompt to start journaling
- A 20-minute focused journaling session for introspection
- Partner sharing to practice active listening and share.
This walk is designed to foster vulnerability, clarity, and deeper conversations. Everyone can share as much as they want, but we will have a long share session with a partner based around being vulnerable. Please keep in mind.
Post-walk: We encourage lingering on the lawn after the session. Bring a blanket or camp chair if you’d like to stay longer or continue the conversation. Bring picnic snacks to share!
