You’ll work different muscle groups Most guys go to the weight room and do the same exercises for years and years. My name is RAD. I love Yoga. I love people and I love life. For me life is an adventure. Im certified HATHA YOGA teacher following the path of ANUSARA YOGA and Shiva- Shakti TANTRA. I am interested in energy healing and meditation. I am certified massage therapist and Reiki practitioner.

    We gather 27Sept-03Oct, 2026 in an ideal retreat location on Paros island in Greece. They say Paros is like Mykonos was 20 years ago. It has all the charm and atmosphere, without the crowds. Beautiful beaches, medieval villages, wineries, harbours and easy access to neighbouring islands.

    ### OUR ACCOMODATION

    • Our retreat centre is situated on a relatively untouched shoreline with sand dunes, aged cedar forests, “secret” coves and clear waters next to the long sandy beach of Santa Maria. If you enjoy being nude, you can explore near by sandy beaches a short walking distance from our resort. The owners of Okreblue have created an intimate home for our retreat, free from distraction, with simple, comfortable rooms, delicious organic meals, and a spacious yoga shala. The training includes brunch and dinner. The meals are vegan and vegetarian. Please indicate on your application any dietary restrictions or food allergies. All meals are served at Coretta Cafe, prepared by head chef Angelo. Most ingredients come directly from Okreblue’s gardens.

    ## Daily Schedule

    We start the day with a long and slow morning practice of meditation, breath and movement. Afterwards you are going to be treated with a healthy and vitalising brunch. The time in between morning and the second session you can use to relax, discover the island or enjoy a dip into the ocean. We meet again early evening for another workshop which will vary from conscious connected breathwork, Asana Practice, group discussions and meditations. As a group we share a nourishing dinner while the sun goes down.
    The retreat starts at 5 pm on the first day will conclude at 10 am on the last day.
