Hello and welcome to our FREE Sahaja Yoga meditation workshops.
All across the globe, many are seeking new sources of energy. Meanwhile, the most transformative energy of all is hiding in plain sight, within us. It's natural, sustainable, and infinitely renewable. It's called inner kundalini energy. And everyone already has it — everyone!
Sahaja Yoga Meditation, founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, is a worldwide movement for peace and self-awakening that through a simple, time-honoured technique will reduce stress and increase wellness. It brings better focus and helps people become more cantered and better balanced. The meditation technique is based on connecting with the inner chakras (energy centres) and balancing the subtle body.
The classes are designed to help those attending to get into a genuine meditative state, which can be felt tangibly. It is quite effortless and spontaneous.
Together we will share tips on how to help stay in balance during the day and how to meditate at home.
The classes also feature introductory talks, video's, practical workshops and general question and answer opportunities, making them perfect for seekers trying to establish a state of yoga.
The courses on Wednesday and Saturday are in English and French.

Shri Mataji est une personnalité religieuse hors du commun, connue dans le monde entier pour avoir rendu à la spiritualité sa dimension intime, personnelle et vérifiable. Son enseignement sur l’éveil de la Kundalini actualise les enseignements millénaires prodigués en Inde sur la recherche du Soi.
Le monde dit « développé », dominé par le matérialisme, n’a pu éviter ni l’aggravation de la paupérisation, ni les dérives écologiques majeures. La solution ne se trouve pas dans les conditions matérielles extérieures, mais à l’intérieur des êtres humains eux-mêmes. Sahaja Yoga is the simple technique which supports our Self-Realisation. It enables us to tap into this awakened inner energy and harness its power to balance and deeply connect to our selves.
