This is a FREE Real Estate Investment group designed to bring people together that live or invest in or around Macomb County Michigan. We will post ON market great values and OFF market homes that are have investment potential! This group will be supportive to potential Home Buyers, New aspiring investors, wholesalers, Flippers, experienced investors, Real Estate Agents in our network, to vendors offering related services, and also to our communities.
We welcome you to share properties, share real estate news, discuss topics relating to real estate, and welcome tips from professional investors or vendors. We will have monthly meetings on the 3rd Tuesday of each month in Mt. Clemens while discussing new topics relevant to current market conditions.
The only requirement is that we ask that you add members to our group that may be interested! Feel free to ask questions or post experiences in your investing adventure!
