This morning mixed level bellydance class is suitable for students that have never taken a class to dancers that want to drill beginner moves. Beginners will learn the basic bellydance moves.

In this one hour hula class, you will learn basic hula moves and a full choreography. no props are needed for this session.
A pau ( hula skirt ) can be purchased on Amazon or at Hula supply store.
wear a black tank top or T shirt. Bring a bottle of water.

Prerequisite- You must have taken at least one beginner bellydance class session with Typhrodisia and have snake arms, leg shimmy, undulations and figure 8 movements memorized
In the Level 1 and 2 bellydance class you will learn proper bellydance posture, technique and etiquette. Start to layer the muscular movements you learned in the beginner class. We will drill each movement and focus on timing. 45 minutes of technique and 45 minutes of choreography. Learn confidence, grace and how to perform FOR the audience not just in front of them.
