Join us for a meditative morning retreat that blends ancient Buddhist wisdom with the quiet joy of tending a garden—within the soil of your own mind.Through guided meditations and gentle teachings, we’ll explore how to recognize and remove the mental “weeds” of anger, attachment, and ignorance, and plant seeds of peace, patience, compassion, and wisdom. By caring for our inner landscape in this way, we create space for clarity and joy to naturally grow.
