Meditation4All will conduct regular group meditation sessions for people who are interested in practicing meditation, who are curious and to experienced meditators who would like to practice in a group setting.
One to One Meditation, Sound therapy, Energy healing, life coaching/ spiritual mentorship therapy sessions are also available.
[b]1.This space will allow others to learn about meditational and other spiritual practices and how it can be used to discover oneself.
2. This space will allow others to share meditational practices, experiences, and insights.
3.This space will be used to promote 121 therapy services for meditation, sound therapy, life coaching/spiritual mentorship, energy healing (reiki) and self inquiry.

This is a sound / gong bath meditation. Instruments such as the gong, singing bowls, drums, wind chimes and stringed instruments will be played. You don't have to do anything but just sit or lie down and listen to the relaxing sounds. Just by listening you can enter into deep states of relaxation and meditation.
The Event dates are Thursday 7.45pm;

May 1 stThe event will start at 7.50pm prompt Please try to be on time. The sound meditation will last for 45 mins with 5 mins at the end to integrate the session.
This event is in room 2 ( ground floor) at Belgrave Neighbourhood Centre. There is on street car parking around the centre. It can be a busy area, so please give yourself enough time to park before the session.

Please bring a mat, blanket and cushions if you wish. I will bring 5 extra yoga mats for anyone who doesn't have one. You can also sit on the chair, if you don't wish to lie down.
This is a FREE event. Donations are welcome of any amount. There is no obligation to give donations. There will be a donation box in the class. Donations help us to run these classes and offer Free events for the benefit of the community.

This is a 1 hour sound / gong bath meditation. Instruments such as the gong, singing bowls, drums, wind chimes and stringed instruments will be played. This sound bath will be more instrumental than the second session which we work more with sound with chakra and element guided meditation.

Please bring a mat, blanket and cushions. We now are advised by the venue not to use the cushions there on the ground. You can also sit on the chair, if you don't wish to lie down.
