What we’re about
Our goal shall be to broaden our members knowledge of all things related to the digital photography process. Our intent is to grow our member's photographic skills - from beginner to professional while maintaining a sharing, friendly and fun environment. We openly welcome photographers of all skill levels, join us to increase and/or share your photographic skills & experience.
Member Fee $12.00/yr.-We charge these dues mainly to cover our operating costs with Meetup but cover fees for possible meeting rooms and speakers. Running a group like this is no easy task as we wish to maintain a group who's members respect each other and what we do.

If you don't know about the Colorado Photographic Art Center - you should.Located in Denver’s Golden Triangle Creative District, CPAC hosts 7-10 high-quality exhibitions each year that showcase the finest examples of contemporary photography from local and national artists. All of our exhibitions are free and open to the public. We offer classes and workshops year-round at affordable rates, taught by a faculty of established artists and industry professionals. We offer resources for artists, including a darkroom, digital lab, photobook library, and a Permanent Collection of more than 800 fine art prints. Finally, we organize more than 50 events each year to engage the broader Denver community.
Samantha Johnston (Executive Director & Curator) will provide a 1 hour presentation that will review all they have to offer. This is one you don't want to miss if you want to expand your photography.

Please join us for an exploration of the early garden delights - Especially the tulips. Bring your camera, favorite lenses, and a tripod. Great macro opportunities, some interesting abstract challenges, perhaps even some beautiful reflections. Please note I will update this meetup based on the status of the tulips which can change year to year.
