Markus will share the foundation of this sacred practice and transmission which he was given his master’s blessing to share, The practices were learned through his training with his Kriya Master for over 10 years.

This ecstatic breathing practice is done lying on your back, using a simple breathing technique designed to move you into altered states of consciousness. It is fusion of both Yogic and Shamanic techniques. Using Shamanic medicine, sound healing, and other vibrational techniques, Markus will assist in the movement of the energy, create a safe and protected space, and facilitate the journey.
