Let’s explore the beautiful landscape of Hudson Valley, while learning mindful walking, in good company.
Each mindful walk includes 3-4 mindful techniques, dialogues or discussions, and lasts about 1 to 2 hours.
Anyone who’d like to increase their awareness as they walk is welcome; bring clothing and water for an easy walk in the Hudson Valley countryside.
For each walk a voluntary donation of $10 is asked.
The group is led by Philip Keogh, of Sky Lake Shambhala Retreat Center. Philip is delighted to bring his experience of mindful walking in Ireland to locations in the Hudson Valley.
