Mindfulness Meditation is a tool that can enhance and benefit one's life. It has been used to reduce stress in one's life, heal trauma and emotions, as well as contribute to the development of one's spiritual path.
This group is meant to offer information and events that relate to the cultivation of Awareness and Mindfulness in one's everyday life through meditation and other contemplative tools.
Events listed will be in the southern California area.
