#### Here’s how it works:

• Arrive at 6:30pm for registration, your code name and number.
• Everyone will be given a “Social Sheet.” This is where you can jot down the name and code numbers of those you want to share your info with. This is the only way that you will be expected to exchange info during the event.
• To get things going we will have an ice breaker game to liven up the atmosphere.
• Following that we’ll have everyone head to the Common Interests Corners (a quirky way of putting people with common interests together).
• Finally, we’ll start our Speed Socializing rounds where you will randomly socialize with at least 15 people for 3 minutes each using both prepared and your own questions that will help you find people you may want to stay in contact with. Please note that you will be paired with both men and women.
• When the socializing rounds are finished you can stay at the bar and continue conversations with the people you met.

#### Rules For The Social Circles After Work Party:

• You may give your personal or professional info to someone but you CANNOT ask for someone else’s.
• No last names.
• No asking someone for a date (you can do this at a later time if you find you have that type of connection). This just takes the pressure off everyone.
• If you are there to sell real estate, promote a pyramid or Ponzi scheme or ask inappropriate questions you will be asked to leave.

#### Step back in time as you walk through the doors of the Carnegie Club, one of only a few places left in NYC where you can smoke legal tobacco and enjoy a cocktail at the same time. This has always been one of our signature events and a great opportunity for aficionados and novices to come together for some great conversations, food & drinks.

• We will have a special section set aside for our group to gather.
• Your host will give you a complimentary quality cigar to enjoy. You are also welcome to bring your own or order off their cigar menu.

#### The Carnegie Club has a state of the art ventilation system which helps with the smoke but you will still smell cigars. All legal tobaccos are permitted.

#### Our Murder Mystery Parties have become an awesome alternative to the usual bar scene. It is a great way to go out on your own or with friends to meet other fun people in a super organized and interesting way! This week we present our St Paddy’s Day mystery: Murder Me, I’m Irish! where all is fun and games at the fictional Shakin’ Shamrock Pub until a murder takes place and everyone is a suspect! No expertise is necessary–just your love of having fun! After the Mystery Party you are invited for a fun social mixer at the same location for FREE!What to expect:

• Register below and join us at Pando Park for registration at 6:30pm that night.
• Our NYSN staff will be on hand to welcome you, introduce you to others and explain how the night works.
• Everyone will be given a character sheet explaining who they are and how they fit into the story.

Your hosts will guide you through the story and help you interact with the others at the event to help you solve the murder. Throughout the night different things will be revealed to help you reach your goal.

• During the event you are welcome to eat drink and socialize with the others out of character as well.

#### A party at an Irish pub in a small town in Ireland brings together an unusual collection of local residents, some of whom have sinister motives.

#### Backstory:

#### St. Paddy’s Day is around the corner. The Shakin’ Shamrock Pub will soon be rockin’ and rollin’ with a full house of intriguing Irish gents and ladies from the quaint town of Old Lacken. The hosts will kick off the party with delectable Irish food, fun party games, and great chats between fabulous people. However, some of the customers are rivals and don’t get along – especially given the recent scandals lurking about in town. The management of the Shakin’ Shamrock is aware of the potential problems and promises to keep the party going without an incident. You scored a ticket to the St. Paddy’s bash. This is where your story begins.

#### Dress Code: Keep it neat, be yourself and look your best always. Feel free to get dressed in your Irish best!

#### About the event: This Murder Mystery is hosted by The New York Social Network. We are not a professional Murder Mystery company. We are a social organization that offers these activities as part of our events for people to enjoy a night out, try something different, make friends, celebrate an occasion with groups of friends, etc. It is done in a very fun and casual way at a local lounge. THIS IS NOT A DINNER EVENT. It is more of a cocktail party atmosphere. Some people get really into it and come dressed up for the theme an others just come to have fun, it’s up to you.
