Join fellow high-functioning professionals with ADHD in the tech industry (and beyond!) for this engaging and supportive meetup.

We’ll explore:

• How to request workplace accommodations under ADA guidelines.
• What to ask for to reduce ADHD-related challenges.
• Strategies for securing accommodations without disclosing your diagnosis.

This is your opportunity to:

• Share your experiences in a safe, judgment-free space.
• Learn from peers about thriving in neurotypical workplace cultures.
• Build relationships with others who “get it.”

One in three to four adults is neurodiverse, with higher numbers in tech. Together, we’ll bridge the gap between neurotypical workplace expectations and the unique realities of ADHD brains.
