ABOUT US: This is a group for people interested in: Hiking; Backpacking; Camping; Orienteering; Boating, Canoeing and Kayaking; Motorcycle Rides, ATVs, UTVs, 4X4s and Off Highway vehicles; Skiing and Snowshoeing; Bicycling; Photography; SCUBA; Travel; etc.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. All skill levels, singles, couples, and families are welcome to join Northern Arizona Adventures but members must be over the age of 18, and minors on events must be accompanied by their legal guardians. By joining Northern Arizona Adventures (or participating in an event as a guest), you agree that you have read and agree to the "MEETUP TERMS OF SERVICE" in the link below and the "ADDITIONAL NORTHERN ARIZONA ADVENTURES TERMS AND CONDITIONS" as well as the "Disclaimer" .
2. Members are welcome to bring guests, but be aware that members have priority and guests (that have not put down money for permits or fees where required) may be bumped by members when participation is limited. You must list the number of guests you are bringing when you RSVP. It is the Member's responsibility to ensure their guests have read the "MEETUP TERMS OF SERVICE" as well as the "ADDITIONAL ARIZONA ADVENTURES TERMS AND CONDITIONS" and "DISCLAIMER" prior to participation!
3. Membership in this group is free. The Organizer pays a fee for this site. Many events will be free to attend, but events that take a lot of time and commitment to plan will require a refundable fee and share of all expenses by those attending. The fee will be due when you RSVP. Your share of expenses will be determined at the end of the event. The fee will be refunded or credited towards your share of the expenses after the event (subject to the next sentence). If you RSVP "Yes" and then change your RSVP to "NO"; the fee is NON REFUNDABLE. Costs and fees for events, if any, will be spelled out in the description.
RULES FOR ADDING EVENTS TO NORTHERN ARIZONA ADVENTURES: Members of this group can schedule a meetup events (Member meetup events will not be announced until an Organizer announces them or 3 members say they are going. If you need assistance listing an event, send the Organizer a note for assistance).If you schedule something that requires expert skills, special equipment, etc.; you MUST list those details so members can assess their skill levels before signing up. Northern Arizona Adventures considers safety very important. The Organizer retains the right to review, add notes to and/or CANCEL any events listed on this site that do not have enough information or do not meet the criteria of Northern Arizona Adventures!

We will make every attempt to practice safety, but there are inherent risks in any activity. That being said, you MUST read the disclaimer below. By attending any of these events, you are agreeing to abide by the terms of the disclaimer:
DISCLAIMER: Be aware that organizers and members are not tour guides and are not paid. We are meeting up as friends to enjoy and share common interests and assets. You assume the same risks and must take the same precautions you would take if you were alone. You may be screened for compatibility with other group members and your ability to complete any particular event; nonetheless, You are solely responsible for your own safety and well-being on any of this group's events. By signing up for and/or attending any of this group's events, you acknowledge, understand, accept, and agree that these activities can be dangerous and could cause bodily injury or death. The organizers of this group and current or former members are not responsible or liable in any way. All attendees participate at their own risk and are solely responsible for any damage or injury to their property, themselves or their guests. By signing up for any of this group's events, you affirm that you understand this disclaimer, and that you knowingly and voluntarily agree to not bring any type of claim against the organizers or any members of this Meetup group, past or present.
