- Blandchardville Overnight w/alternate lodging options!Odana Hills Golf Course, Madison, WI$20.00
Introduction: Celebrating our 10th season, join us on another overnight bike camping trip — just enough time to get away without burning through valuable vacation time! You'll likely agree that the lovely village of Blandchardville is a great place to pitch a tent along the Pecatonica River. Pushing off from Madison, we will utilize the Southwest Commuter Path to Verona before heading to the countryside and Mt. Vernon. A rest can be taken at the local bar or Donald Park. Picturesque scenery continues through winding, rolling hills until we reach Blandchardville, where we find ample services, including a grocery store, gas station, and restaurants, to meet our dinner needs. On the return, we'll visit the historic Hauge Log Church and County Park before heading to Mt. Horeb, where we have ample services of a Kwik Trip and restaurants. Heading east, we'll hop on the Military Trail and Ice Trail before heading back to Odana Hills at the start. While we hope you bike camp with us, credit card touring (staying in hotels or similar accommodations) is also welcome. There are some nearby options available!
We hope to see you there!
