What we’re about

We get fit outside and do other fun things : )

- Daily ( Mon - Fri morning ) HIIT workouts performed on land, or on water ( via paddle boards ).  The workouts stay fresh and new.  There's nothing else like our amphibious style training regiment.  It's an incredible way to get in shape and get better at moving your body efficiently. 

- SUP Yoga events almost every weekend.

- Outdoor, on land, afternoon yoga classes held twice a week in places with fresh air and great scenery. 

- Florida destination paddle excursions twice a month.  We spend the day paddling, exploring and playing in some of the most beautiful ecosystems around.  Excursions are at locations that are 1 - 3 hours drive from Orlando, depending on where we're going.  

- Pop-up Environmental cleanups. Help make the local environments healthy by removing the litter left behind.  We do beach clean-ups.  We also do waterway clean-ups performed from paddle craft. It's awesome, fun and oh so satisfying. 

- Paddle board and fitness demo days.  Give this water workout stuff a test run for fun.  Demo days occurring at least once a month.
