Hello GIRLS!

I created this group in order to share with you my excitement about SPORTS! Since the weather is getting better and warmer I was thinking to organize fun women exercising activities outside in parks of our lovely PARIS. 

This would mean that: 

1) You would finally motivate yourself to get ready for the swimsuit/summer season

2) Exercising is much more fun in a group. You will be able to make some sports-minded friends or invite those of your own. 

3) By exercising outside you will be exposed to vitamin D (a.k.a the sun/ UV), it means that you will get a package of 3 in 1: your mood, your skin and your body forms will be in the process of improvement at the same time! 

What to expect? 

- warming-up (cardio exercises or running) 

- body stretching and flexibility improvement 

- running, skipping drills 

- abdominal and back exercises 

- interval body-leaning/ strengthening training 

The session takes around 1,5 h. Would be nice to form a group of 10-ish females. The first time is free! (Other sessions 12 euros for Meetup members).

Also, in case you wish to know more about me. 

In addition to previous studying and working, I was also a track and field athlete and currently a certified personal trainer. I have been on the Lithuanian and later on Syracuse University athletics teams where I have participated in horizontal jumping events (triple and long jump). I have competed at numbers of European Athletics events, U.S. Conferences and NCAA competitions and received quite a few honors :)

 For the past 1,5 years I have been a personal trainer and worked with a women’s group (various ages: 20-50 yrs old) in Lithuania. However, because of my intention to pursue further studying I am residing in Paris now. I would like to share my sports experiences with women so that we all can feel well, healthy and beautiful!
