We walk because it's exercise. We walk because our bodies need it. We may not be in the best of shape, but we walk to keep our souls and bodies fit. We love Pasadena. If you want to exercise but aren't looking to hike to Mt. Everest, we may be for you. We are into aerobics and not agony (i.e., low impact), keeping a good pace, friendship ...
